NORTHBRIDGE CAPABILITIES

Capability Areas for Business and Government Buyers

NorthBridge Supply & Services supports defined purchasing and operational requirements through commercial product sourcing, facility services, logistics and administrative support.

We review each requirement against available suppliers, service capacity, delivery needs and contract conditions before committing to performance.

Our capability areas are based on commercial operating experience. Government opportunities are reviewed individually against the solicitation requirements.

REQUIREMENT REVIEW

How we decide whether a requirement fits

This describes NorthBridge's operating process. It does not represent completed federal contract history.

01

Scope

We review the statement of work, specifications, quantities and deliverables.

02

Eligibility

Set-aside requirements, NAICS classification, subcontracting limits, required certifications and other contract conditions are checked.

03

Capacity

Supplier availability, service coverage, staffing, lead times and required documentation are confirmed.

04

Pricing

Product cost, labor, freight, compliance requirements and delivery risk are included before a quotation is finalized.

05

Performance

Responsibilities, reporting, quality control and delivery expectations are managed against the awarded requirement.

COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS

Product requirements

For commercial-product requirements, NorthBridge can review manufacturer names, part numbers, salient characteristics, quantities and delivery locations before sourcing.

We check availability, lead time, freight, warranty and supplier documentation before committing to a price.

Product Sourcing

DEFINED SERVICES

Service requirements

Service contracts require more than finding a local provider. Labor rules, insurance, performance schedules, quality control, subcontracting restrictions and reporting requirements can affect whether a job is workable.

NorthBridge reviews those conditions before deciding how the work can be performed.
