ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Government Administrative Support Services

NorthBridge Supply & Services reviews defined administrative requirements such as document handling, scanning, data entry and project support against volume, turnaround time, security conditions and quality standards before committing to performance.

The workflow is built first. Administrative work is reviewed task by task because document type, data sensitivity, file format, location and acceptance criteria can materially change the operating plan.

SUPPORT AREAS

SCOPE REVIEW

What we check before accepting administrative work

01

Volume

Number of pages, files, records, forms or transactions.

02

Source condition

Paper quality, staples, folders, oversized documents, mixed media or digital source files.

03

Output

Required file format, naming convention, indexing method and folder structure.

04

Accuracy

Acceptance thresholds, validation steps, sampling and correction requirements.

05

Turnaround

Required completion date, daily throughput and milestone schedule.

06

Location

On-site, off-site, government facility or contractor-controlled location.

07

Security

PII, CUI, sensitive records, access restrictions, background checks or handling requirements.

08

Equipment and software

Required scanners, workstations, software, storage media or government-furnished systems.

Data sensitivity can change the entire requirement

Administrative work can involve personally identifiable information, controlled unclassified information or other sensitive records.

NorthBridge reviews handling, storage, access, transmission and destruction requirements before accepting work involving sensitive information.

We do not assume that ordinary commercial document handling is acceptable when the solicitation specifies security, privacy or controlled-information requirements.

Send Security Requirements

Scanning is more than feeding paper into a machine

Document-conversion work may require preparation, scanning, image cleanup, indexing, naming, quality review, file delivery and original-document handling.

Missing one of those steps can materially change labor and equipment requirements.

  • Document preparation
  • Staple and binder removal
  • Scanning
  • Image quality review
  • File naming
  • Indexing
  • Metadata capture
  • Rescanning
  • Electronic delivery
  • Original document return or disposition

QUALITY CONTROL

Accuracy has to be measurable

Administrative contracts often define acceptance criteria for image quality, indexing accuracy, data entry or completeness.

NorthBridge reviews the required quality checks before pricing so rework, sampling and correction time are included in the operating plan.

  • Sample-based review
  • 100 percent validation when required
  • Error correction
  • Duplicate detection
  • Missing-page checks
  • File naming review
  • Record-count reconciliation
  • Acceptance reporting

ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE

Location affects equipment, staffing and security

An off-site requirement may need secure transport, controlled storage and approved processing space. An on-site requirement may depend on facility access, work hours, government equipment and badging.

NorthBridge reviews those conditions before deciding whether the performance model is workable.

A requirement involving classified material or a specific facility clearance would need to be reviewed against the exact solicitation and verified company eligibility before any commitment is made.

When we pause an administrative-support quote

NorthBridge may pause or decline an administrative requirement when data-security conditions are unresolved, required systems cannot be accessed, source volume is unclear or the completion schedule cannot be supported.

01

Unclear document volume

02

Unresolved data-security requirements

03

Unavailable required system access

04

Unsupported turnaround schedule
